Ahmad Tahar Harby, 36, is accused of rape and causing a female aged 13 or over to engage in non-penetrative sexual activity. Tahar Harby, of Highfield Gardens, was due to face a trial starting on Monday (August 3) but this has been moved. The trial is now listed for November 14, expected to last four days, and a pre-trial review is set for October 23. Tahar Harby remains remanded in custody. The alleged offences are said to have happened in Darwen on February 15.
