Mohmed Bax, 45, of Eden Street, appeared at Bolton Crown Court on Monday (August 3) after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to supply. Bax was found carrying £665 in cash, while officers discovered five wraps of cocaine hidden in the driver's door. Following his arrest, officers searched his home and found a shoebox containing 22.4 grams of cocaine, empty snap bags and weighing scales. The court heard the offending amounted to street-level drug dealing and was aggravated by the fact Bax was on licence at the time after being jailed for a similar offence in 2024. He told Bax: "Street dealing in cocaine is strikingly similar to your previous conviction from 2024.
