Zakia Adam, 15, had visited the Wingstop branch at Middlebrook Retail and Leisure Park with a friend shortly after 4pm on Sunday, July 26 when the discovery was allegedly made. According to her father, Sammy Patel, the teenager was eating her meal when she noticed what the family believe to be an insect among the food. The incident is alleged to have happened at the Wingstop restaurant at Middlebrook Retail and Leisure Park. Wingstop confirmed a full investigation remains ongoing.
