Sleep Health revenue increased 15.5% from the prior-year quarter to $386.5 million, while Respiratory Health revenue rose 14.1% to $194.4 million. West Coast Contract Pressures EarningsThe company said its West Coast capitated arrangement fell short of expectations by $15 million in the second quarter. AdaptHealth expects a further $40 million effect on profitability relative to its earlier projections during the second half of 2026. Chief Financial Officer Jason Clemens said approximately two-thirds of the West Coast profitability shortfall relates to volume and the remainder is tied to labor.
