Other American consulates set to close around the world, according to Reuters, include Nagoya, Japan, St. George’s, Grenada, Douala, Cameroon and Medan, Indonesia. Winnipeg is the smallest of the U.S. diplomatic missions in this country, and the only consulate in Canada. The United States will continue to maintain its embassy on Sussex Dr. in downtown Ottawa.
