Prime Property Auctions has moved from West Regent Street to Academy Park Business Park on the city’s south side after outgrowing its previous office, which had been its base for the past two years. “Moving out of the city centre gives us a lot more for our money, plus the office comes with parking. “We have saved a lot on office rental and that has allowed us to invest in the staff.” Founded in 2022 by John and Luis Guarin, Prime Property Auctions specialises in the sale of residential, commercial and land assets across the UK.
