Tech firm targets growth after doubling turnoverA North East technology consultancy is targeting annual revenues of £3 million after doubling turnover over the past year. Following its move into a purpose-built 1,800sq ft office at RMT Accountants & Business Advisors’ headquarters in Gosforth last summer, the firm has doubled its turnover. RMT Technology provides IT strategy, network infrastructure, information security, data management and managed technology services for SMEs. Recent contract wins include Consett-based Surgical Dynamics, Durham-headquartered Glass Assist UK, Newcastle’s Live Theatre and nuclear decommissioning specialist Cyclife UK, for which it now provides a full managed service. Stephen Slater, managing director at RMT Accountants & Business Advisors, added: “The strategic investments we’ve made in RMT Technology’s service provision and expert team are clearly paying off, and we have high expectations for the business’ growth potential in the coming years.”
