By Chris RothA University of Wisconsin-Green Bay professor has been named a Fulbright Scholar for the third time, according to the university. Dr. Rasoul Rezvanian was selected by the U.S. State Department for the honor. The Fulbright Program, which began in 1946 under U.S. Senator William Fulbright, is an academic exchange program designed to increase mutual understanding between the United States and other countries.
