Paris, Tenn.–It’s looking more and more like a Zaxby’s every day. A lot of progress is being made at the under-construction Zaxby’s on Mineral Wells Ave. in Paris, so much so that it’s on target for completion in late August. The sit-down restaurant is being built on Mineral Wells Ave. right next to the Starbucks. City of Paris Community Development Director Jessica Crouch said the Zaxby’s will be a sit-down restaurant that will seat 56 and also feature a two-lane drive-thru. It will be approximately 3,200 square feet in size.
