A deputy arrested a Douglas man on several charges, including aggravated assault, following an alleged domestic incident on Sand Dollar Road. According to an incident report from the sheriff’s office, the argument started over a Black & Mild. The report says that the suspect, identified as Denzel Reshey Green, 31, and the complainant started arguing because the complainant had asked him to buy her a Black & Mild on his way home. When he got home, she asked him about the Black & Mild and he became angry, the report says. Green was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, battery, and four counts of cruelty to children – 3rd degree.
