Elizabethtown Community and Technical College Chancellor Dr. Juston Pate will serve as the interim chancellor of Maysville Community and Technical College throughout a national search for MCTC’s next chancellor, Kentucky Community and Technical College System officials announced today. Pate will work closely with college leadership teams and maintain a regular presence at both institutions while supporting MCTC through the transition. Pate is an experienced and respected leader within our system who understands Maysville Community and Technical College, the communities it serves and the important role the college plays throughout the region,” Quarles said. “It’s a privilege to support MCTC students, faculty, staff and community during this important transition, and I am looking forward to working alongside them,” Pate said. Earlier in his career with KCTCS, Pate served as provost at MCTC as well as interim president at Hazard Community and Technical College.
