President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has congratulated Nikol Pashinyan on his appointment as Prime Minister of Armenia, expressing confidence that the two countries will continue to strengthen their longstanding partnership. In a congratulatory message, Rahmon extended his sincere congratulations and best wishes to Pashinyan on assuming the office of Prime Minister. Rahmon also reaffirmed Tajikistan’s enduring interest in the comprehensive development of constructive cooperation with Armenia, based on the long-standing traditions of friendship, mutual understanding, respect and trust between the two nations. He expressed confidence that through joint efforts, the two countries would continue to promote bilateral cooperation for the benefit of their peoples. Concluding his message, Rahmon wished Pashinyan good health and success in his future work, as well as peace, stability and lasting prosperity for the people of Armenia.
