The homes, built by Platform Housing Group across Worcestershire during 2025/26, form part of the organisation’s best delivery year in more than five years.
The group said the new homes are part of a long-term commitment to investing in communities across the county.
Gerraint Oakley, chief growth and development officer at Platform Housing Group, said: "Worcestershire remains an important area for Platform and we’re proud to be delivering homes that meet a wide range of local housing needs, from affordable rent through to social rent.
"The strong pipeline of homes under construction demonstrates our long-term commitment to investing in communities across the county."
The homes form part of a broader programme that saw Platform complete 1,380 properties across England over the year.
