Bradford Council’s environmental enforcement team, working with West Yorkshire Police, seized the vehicle on Friday, July 31, in the Little Horton area of Bradford. It had been linked to fly-tipping incidents in the Little Horton and Great Horton areas. The vehicle was found displaying false registration plates, which have since been removed as part of the ongoing investigation. "The fact that this vehicle was displaying false registration plates demonstrates the lengths some offenders will go to in an attempt to avoid detection. "I would also like to thank West Yorkshire Police for their continued support in helping us tackle environmental crime across the district."
