Taj the Grocer has been a familiar sight in Brighton for years, with its flagship store in Western Road and its newer location on London Road. The London Road shop has now closed. Taj the Grocer is known for selling food from around the globe including traditional Indian street food, fresh fruit and halal meat. Brighton shoppers can still visit their location on Western Road.
