A Celebration of Pride will take place at the Citizens Theatre on Saturday 8 August, bringing together Queer Voices Glasgow, Loud & Proud and Còisir Cuèir for the first time in a Scottish theatre. Sarah Coleman, musical director of Queer Voices Glasgow, said queer choirs provide communities where people can feel supported and celebrated. She said: “Queer choirs are never just choirs, they are communities who provide us with so much. A Celebration of Pride will bring together three Scottish queer choirs at the Citizens Theatre on 8 August. The concert will feature performances from Queer Voices Glasgow, Loud & Proud and Còisir Cuèir, with the evening hosted by Glasgow performer Tom Harlow.
