Obi Foley, 19, of Southbourne Grove, Westcliff, was sentenced at Basildon Crown Court last week for two sets of offences, each involving vehicles. Foley, then 18, committed his first dangerous driving offence on September 2 2025. He drove a Husqvarna Norden adventure motorbike dangerously around Southend without either a driving licence or insurance. On February 18 2026, he admitted dangerously driving a Surron electric motorbike in Westcliff, again with no licence or insurance. Judge John Bristow sentenced Foley to 20 months in prison and a two-year and nine-month driving ban.
