UAE-based longevity healthtech company Longevium has raised $7 million in its first funding round to establish an AI-powered Longevity Research Laboratory at Dubai Science Park, led by founder Dr Ksenia Butova. The funding will be used to build the laboratory and expand research into next-generation diagnostics, longevity technologies, and clinical research programmes, supporting Dubai's ambition to become a global hub for longevity medicine. Scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026, the Longevity AI Research Laboratory will operate as a dedicated research and development centre rather than a clinical facility. The project aligns with Dubai's broader strategy to advance longevity science through the recently established Dubai Longevity Authority, while reinforcing the emirate's focus on healthcare innovation and preventive medicine. The newly secured funding will finance the establishment of the laboratory and support research into next-generation diagnostics, longevity technologies, and clinical research programmes.
