VALLEY CITY, N.D. (VCPD) – Two masked individuals wearing dark clothing and rubber gloves attempted to enter vehicles in the 1000 block of Viking Drive SW on Sunday, August 2nd around 2:58a.m. They may have entered an unlocked vehicle near 11th Avenue SW and Viking Drive SW.Police Chief Nick Horner said these individuals fled from officers, discarded clothing in the 600 block of 9th Avenue SW, and were last seen near the 600 block of 6th Avenue SW. They appeared to be young white males, approximately 5’8” to 5’10”, with one wearing a blue T-shirt and the other wearing a tan T-shirt.
