Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man who was sentenced earlier this month in connection with an assault and drug bust three years ago is facing new charges.
Sentenced Earlier This Month, Rochester Man Faces New ChargesThe criminal complaint filed in Olmsted County Court charges 38-year-old Shueb Abshir Noor with first-degree burglary and misdemeanor trespassing.
The court document indicates the victim told police he ordered Noor to leave, but Noor became "hostile, belligerent, and made hostile moves toward him."
Recent Conviction in 2023 Assault and Drug CaseNoor was recently sentenced for a second-degree drug possession conviction stemming from an incident in April 2023.
