He was last seen wearing a red hoodie, a green body warmer, black-and-green tracksuit bottoms, and black trainers. Inspector Kat Thomson said: “Concerns are growing for Ian’s welfare and we need to make sure he is safe and well. “We are asking anyone who has seen him or knows where he might be to get in touch.”
