The recall centers on the rear side quarter window trim, which may not be properly bonded to the glass. Ford began investigating the issue after a noticeable increase in warranty claims involving loose or detached rear window trim on 2023-2025 Mustang Mach-E vehicles in May. The latest campaign follows another significant Mustang Mach-E recall announced last month involving nearly 43,000 vehicles in the United States. Ford dealers will inspect the rear side quarter window trim and replace it if necessary at no cost to customers.
