SAFFORD — Those with a great salsa recipe have a chance at cash and prizes. The Graham County Chamber of Commerce has announced that competitor registration has been opened for the 2026 SalsaFest event in Safford on Sept. 25-26. There are three categories — restaurant, cottage (home-based professional) and amateur. Each will be sampled by a panel of judges, plus the public can vote for the fan favorite in each category.
