Francis P. “Cookie” WoodwardHartwell, GA – Francis P. (Cookie) Woodward, 95, formerly of Dublin, NH, passed away peacefully at his home in Hartwell, GA on Thursday, July 23, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. Frank proudly served his country in the United States Navy and carried that spirit of dedication and service throughout his life. He and Betsy built ABLT, a successful small business in Georgia, from the ground up through hard work, determination, and perseverance. Frank was preceded in death by his forever love and wife, Alice (Betsy; née Marshall) Woodward; his father, Frank Woodward; his mother, Angelina (née Rocca) Woodward; and his two brothers. He is survived by his loving children: Ann Towery, Frank W. Woodward, Elizabeth Davey, Amy Wellington, and Belinda Thayer.
