The Road Transport Department (JPJ) is facing renewed calls to address persistent technical problems with its MyJPJ app. According to a former Member of Parliament, the platform is failing to deliver the convenience expected from a digital public service. In a statement, former Tenom MP Datuk Raime Unggi said he had personally encountered problems while trying to register on the app. He warned that leaving these technical problems unresolved could eventually undermine public confidence in government digitalisation initiatives. The concerns come at a time when MyJPJ has become increasingly important as JPJ moves more of its services online.
