Marley McCalmon is alleged to have committed the offences in the toilets of Marks and Spencer in Oxford and Pablo Lounge in Abingdon. It was heard that the incident at Pablo Lounge was alleged to have taken place on January 29 2023. Mr Lucas told the jury that McCalmon is alleged to have raped her, after which she 'froze up'. Later, the complainant told her friend what had happened. The jury heard, the woman told her headteacher the allegations.
