A Peebles man was sentenced to prison recently after pleading guilty to drug trafficking charges in Highland County. The indictment came as the result of a Highland County Task Force investigation. After accepting Pitts’ guilty pleas, Highland County Common Pleas Court Judge Rocky Coss sentenced Pitts to 18 months on each count, to be served consecutively, for a total of three years in prison.
