The Franklin Avenue Improvements Project is progressing into its next phase of work. Starting Monday, Aug. 3, travel will be limited to one-way eastbound between NE Second Street and NE Third Street. Additional work continues between NE First Street and NE Fourth Street, with occasional nighttime flagging. This will require full closure of Franklin Avenue, including the railroad undercrossing.
