Converge ICT Solutions posted the fastest download speed and lowest latency among Philippine fixed broadband providers in the second quarter of 2026, according to the Department of Information and Communications Technology’s (DICT) latest Oplan Bantay Signal report. Converge also posted a download speed of 158 megabits per second (Mbps), while its upload speed reached a six-month high. “The second quarter performance of Converge saw a sharp improvement as complaints dropped significantly. This shows Converge is addressing customer complaints and making targeted improvements to its network,” DICT secretary Henry Aguda said. It measures download and upload speeds, latency, and service reliability through network tests and assessments.
