An individual who has won more than $500 in a SummitMedia, LLC Contest or Sweepstakes in a particular calendar quarter is not eligible to participate in another SummitMedia, LLC Contest or Sweepstakes in that quarter unless otherwise specifically stated. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, inappropriate or misdirected entries, all of which will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to waive the Contest Content requirements set forth herein in its reasonable discretion. The invalidity or enforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
