SAMEDAY has completed the acquisition of 100% of Cargus’ share capital, following approval from the Romanian Competition Council. Effective August 3, 2026, Cargus is now wholly owned by SAMEDAY. With the acquisition now complete, SAMEDAY and Cargus are one company building a shared future.
