Resident ambassador Eileen De Caen and activities lead Gemma Woodford, both based at The Fernes, were named winners in the South West division. Ms De Caen took home the title of Resident Ambassador of the Year, while Ms Woodford was awarded Activities Coordinator of the Year. Gemma Woodford, activities coordinator, said: "I feel incredibly honoured to receive the Activities Coordinator of the Year for the South West and it makes it even more special celebrating alongside our wonderful Resident Ambassador, Eileen.
