A SCOTTISH law firm has appointed a charity law specialist as a partner in its corporate team.
Alan Gilfillan brings over 15 years of experience in corporate and charity law to BTO, being one of only seven lawyers in Scotland accredited as a specialist in charity law.
He also provides expert opinions on charity law for parties involved in disputes and litigation, and advises on funding arrangements and data processing.
