Wishbone Restaurant, one of Chicago's longtime comfort food staples, will soon say goodbye. The popular establishment announced in an Instagram post it will close after 36 years in business, many of those years on Morgan Street in the West Loop. Chef Joel Nicholson founded Wishbone in 1990, and it quickly built a loyal following for its southern-inspired menu.
