Caerphilly Community Chorus, led by musical director Anna Beresford, meets every Friday during term time at the Vanguard Centre, Van Road, Caerphilly. The choir, which welcomes singers of all abilities, has recently performed at the Pontypridd Choir Festival and Caerphilly Pride, and regularly visits the dementia ward at Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr. The upcoming season begins on September 11, with more performances and community events planned. The choir said: "We love making music together, supporting one another, and sharing that enjoyment with our local community."
