Originally founded in Poole, Lush has confirmed it will be trailing the schemes in its London spa's initially, offering a 30 hour per week training opportunity in partnership with Armonia, with plans to expand across England.
The beauty scheme offers a starting wage of £14.80, nearly double the government’s minimum for under-21s and leads to a nationally recognised Level 2 and 3 qualification in beauty therapy.
