Gemma Alcock, senior administration manager at Moors Manor Care Home in St Leonards, has been crowned Administration Manager of the Year for the South West Division at the Barchester Care Awards 2026. The Barchester Care Awards celebrate staff who make a difference across 271 care homes and private hospitals, supporting 14,000 residents across the UK. "I’m looking forward to representing the South West at the national finals." Adele Stacey, deputy manager at Moors Manor, said: "This is an incredible achievement and everyone at Moors Manor is so proud of Gemma.
