Bedrock Park in Wimborne is now 86 per cent let following three new deals, according to property consultancy Vail Williams. The latest lettings include unit 9 (4,292 sq ft) to Lead Windows, unit 11 (4,275 sq ft) to Reheat Aero, and unit 21 (4,668 sq ft) to an aerospace manufacturing company. "With the latest trio of lettings, Bedrock Park is 86 per cent let, with only six units remaining. Occupiers of the five larger warehouse and logistics buildings (units 13 to 17) include Bunzl, Look Space, HDM Solar, and Glow Green. The 187,528 sq ft scheme, which opened three years ago, offers 26 light industrial and warehouse units ranging from 2,689 sq ft to 33,692 sq ft and is located at Vulcan Way on the Ferndown Industrial Estate.
