In Broadmayne, at Nightingale, 3 Holcombe Valley Cottages, application P/HOU/2026/03047 proposes a single-storey flat roof extension to the front and side, with a balcony above the side extension. In Crawthorne, application P/HOU/2026/03794 seeks permission at Ashbank, Jock’s Hill, for a detached multi-port garage with a first-floor workshop.
