Donna Drewery started the fire that swept through the property on Norfolk Drive in Attleborough.
Norwich Crown Court heard the 48-year-old had to be pulled out of the burning building by a neighbour.

Drewery, of Norfolk Drive, Attleborough, appeared at court on Monday (August 3) had initially been unfit to enter a plea but has since admitted arson being reckless as to whether life was endangered.
Drewery must also do 100 hours unpaid work as well as up to 20 days Rehabilitation Activity Requirement (RAR).
