Melvin Lonzo Williams, Sr., 82 of Pearisburg, VA., went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family. Melvin was born on October 2, 1943, in Pembroke, VA. and was a son of the late Ray Williams and Geneva Bishop. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 grandson, Issac Saunders, 1sister, Thelma Williams and 1 brother, Raymond Williams. Melvin was born and raised in Pembroke, VA. Melvin was a loving father and grandfather to his family and to his extended family and to anybody he met.
