The Police Report Team of the Boca Raton TribuneBoca Raton, FL — August 3, 2026 — Authorities in Boynton Beach are conducting an ongoing investigation into a domestic incident that left a 3-year-old child critically injured inside a local residence late last month.
Officers with the Boynton Beach Police Department were dispatched to a home within the Meadows of Boynton Beach community shortly after 11:00 a.m. on July 23 following emergency reports of an unresponsive toddler who had stopped breathing.
Personnel with Boynton Beach Fire Rescue arrived shortly thereafter and urgently transported T. C. to a local hospital, where the child remains in critical condition.
During a subsequent check, the spouse discovered T. C. unresponsive with their head caught inside a children’s kitchen play set.
