Power 2026 U.S. Appliance Satisfaction Study, securing the top position in six major product categories and reinforcing its reputation among consumers shopping for premium household appliances. The Appliance Satisfaction Study, which analysed 28,411 customer evaluations from people who purchased home appliances during the previous 12 months, found Samsung achieved the highest customer satisfaction scores for French door refrigerators, side-by-side refrigerators, top-mount freezer refrigerators, clothes dryers and over-the-range microwaves. The Appliance Satisfaction Study also found that customer satisfaction has continued to improve despite consumers paying more for new appliances. Even with higher prices, overall customer satisfaction rose by six points compared with the previous year, reaching 705 out of a possible 1,000. Although Samsung claimed the most category wins in this year’s Appliance Satisfaction Study, brands including LG, Whirlpool and KitchenAid also achieved top rankings in individual product or retail categories, reflecting the highly competitive nature of the appliance industry.
