Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford grew up cheering for Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Irvin. Growing up in Texas, Matthew Stafford was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys. So it was probably a sheer delight for Stafford to throw passes to Irvin during the latter's visit to the training camp of the Los Angeles Rams at Loyola Marymount University. It was an unexpected interaction, and Stafford was quite appreciative to hear one of his childhood heroes praise him.
