The Landing Point, located at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, has launched its Matcha Expressions Afternoon Tea, available from now till 15 November 2026. The new high tea features a line-up of savoury bites and desserts infused with premium usucha-grade matcha from Uji, Kyoto. You’ll also find familiar afternoon tea favourites such as the Classic Cucumber Sandwich with Cream Cheese and Truffle Egg Salad. The Chitose Strawberry Matcha Shortcake combines strawberries and vanilla chantilly with matcha pain de genes, while the Matcha Yuzu Pecan pairs caramelised pecan praline with yuzu dark chocolate and whipped matcha ganache. Each afternoon tea set comes with a glass of matcha, served warm or iced, alongside a choice of coffee or tea.
