Click2ContactPNR’s automated spray system, available in Australia via Tecpro, uses Pulse Width Modulation technology to deliver accurate, repeatable liquid application while reducing product waste and overspray. Unlike conventional systems that control flow by adjusting pressure, the PNR system rapidly pulses each nozzle on and off while maintaining consistent pressure. The system combines electrically actuated MJ spray nozzles with a dedicated electronic control panel. A single nozzle can also accommodate a broad flow-rate range, reducing the need to change nozzles when production requirements vary. The result is a more responsive spraying process that improves application consistency, reduces over- and under-application, and supports greater production efficiency.
