The A350 at Chippenham is set to be hit by multiple nighttime closures during August, Wiltshire Council and contractor MJ Church has confirmed. Overnight closures are currently scheduled to take place between Bumpers Farm Roundabout and Cepen Park South Roundabout throughout the first half of the month. The carriageway closures will be in place between the hours of 8pm and 6am. The scheme also involves major upgrades to Bumpers Farm Roundabout, with the aim of increasing capacity, cutting congestion, and improving safety. As well as focusing on the stretch of road between Bumpers Farm and Cepen Park South Roundabouts, the project will also impact the road from Chequers Roundabout to Lackham Roundabout.
