The Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) has accused Pakistani security forces of opening fire on unarmed civilians in the Bagh district of Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK). According to JAAC, the firing took place during protests in the Bagh district. The group claimed that several civilians were injured after security forces used force against people taking part in the demonstrations. JAAC also alleged that Pakistani security personnel set fire to motorcycles belonging to local residents in the Makri area of Muzaffarabad district. The latest incidents have increased concerns about the security situation in the region.
