WEST FARGO — West Fargo's preliminary budget for 2027 was unanimously approved by the City Commission on Monday, Aug. 3. Commissioners passed the preliminary budget with the inclusion of five changes made since the budget was last discussed at the July 20 meeting. Commissioner Tyler Erickson, who made the motion to pass the preliminary budget with those changes, said "I think those are all very, very important." Also during the meeting:Resident Dave Withee thanked the commission and city staff for lowering costs in the preliminary budget. The event will begin at 7 p.m. Sept. 17 at the West Fargo Fire Department, located at 1201 10th Ave. E.
