The Southwest Monsoon is on the prowl and with the current weather condition, the Meterological Centre has issued a yellow alert warning for Hyderabad. The weather department said that there are chances of scattered thunderstorm activity with moderate to heavy rainfall on Tuesday. Moreover, the region witnessed heavy downpours on Monday as the charge of cumulonimbus clouds increased. Hyderabad and North Telangana were also witnessed heavy rains on Monday. In addition, Kamareddy recorded the highest rainfall at 18.2 cm while Vikarabad and Sangareddy also witnessed heavy downpours.
